Harmendar Singh
Harmendar has been involved in the training and education field for the past 20 years. His experience and qualifications have made him a much sought-after trainer, as he brings a wealth of experience to all his programs. Participants can learn from one of the leading industry experts, especially in the fields of sales, Customer Relationship Management, coaching, and personal development. Harmendar has a Master of Business Administration (MBA, University of Portsmouth, UK) and a Diploma in HRM and Teaching. Highly articulate and confident, and with his fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Punjabi, he has the ability to motivate and communicate effectively to make his training sessions interactive and fun. Coming from a diversified background in terms of work experience, he is well equipped with knowledge that is applied to overcome challenges through relevant training interventions.
His working background in a wide range of industries ranging from manufacturing, construction, steel trading, and car sales/service to education services has enabled him to add value to his programs by being able to apply relevant activities during sessions. Prior to becoming a trainer, Harmendar has been with numerous organizations. He was a Senior Manager of Developmental Training Section, HR Training Dept., Perodua Sales Sdn. Bhd. for nine years. He was instrumental in the setting up of Perodua Academy in Sg. Choh Rawang. He was also an Asst Manger of HR at HAVI Foods, a training executive with WingTiek Holding, and a training administrator with the See Hoy Chan Group. His unique training methods with hands-on experience bring fun into learning, which brings about behavioral change.
