This two-day program will equip potential trainers with the relevant knowledge, skills, and attitude to conduct training programs professionally. This will be a hands-on program where participants will be taught how to design a training program, set program objectives, design interventions, conduct the program, and evaluate it. It will also consist of a presentation skills module, which will focus on conducting presentations using NLP techniques.
